Refund Policy
General Refund Policy
- Custom Orders: Refunds are not applicable to custom-made or personalized furniture unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
- Non-Custom Orders: If the product is returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition, a refund will be issued.
- Furniture Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, parts, and documentation.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Defective Products: If the product is received with defects or damages that are not caused by the customer, a full refund or exchange will be provided.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), we will arrange for a refund or exchange once the product is returned.
- Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before the product has been dispatched, a full refund will be issued. For orders already dispatched, please refer to the Return Policy.

- Approval: If the request is approved, we will process the refund according to our policies.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds for Defective/Incorrect Products: Once the return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refund for Cancellations: If the order is cancelled before shipment, a refund will be processed immediately after cancellation.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method and the processing times of your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Customer-Induced Damages: If the furniture is damaged or altered by the customer after delivery.
- Returned After the Eligibility Period: Products returned after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
- Products Not in Original Condition: If the product is not in its original packaging, condition, and unused.
- Used Products: No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use or wear and tear.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your product instead of receiving a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping charges.
Shipping and Return Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Products: Abdullah Furnitures will cover the return shipping cost.
- Customer Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
