1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

The following products are eligible for exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery:

• Kurthi Sets

• T-Shirts

• Track Pants

• Pants

• Leggings

• Boxers

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• Products with removed tags will not be accepted.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

2. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• White-colored garments

• Innerwear products

• Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration

• Products with missing tags or packaging

3. Innerwear Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Innerwear products cannot be returned.

• Innerwear products cannot be exchanged.

• Replacement will only be provided if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

• Contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery.

• Provide your order number and reason for the exchange request.

• Attach clear photos of the product if required.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

5. Refund Policy

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• Eligible products can only be exchanged for another size, color, or product (subject to availability).

• No refund will be provided for returned products.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
